We’ll talk about some of the areas that we should consider when are thinking about changing the business model – things like culture and people and profits and technology, and the competitive landscape that you live in. And, also thinking about your customers, your marketing initiatives and your sales teams and how you go to market. And of course, how do you actually go about implementing these changes and some critical success factors to consider.
